Padden Trails -

The board has taken a position against a rezone request for the Padden Trails development south of Connelly Avenue. The developers want to change the density from single family residential to multi-family residential, thus increasing the number of units from 210 houses to 492 houses, townhouses, duplexes and the like. The City Council will hold its work session at 7pm, March 26th to review the rezone request for Padden Trails. The meeting is in the City Council chambers, 210 Lottie Street.
